We got there 30 minutes before closing but someone greeted us promptly and was really helpful and explained the different types of stones and let us walk around to find what we liked. Never made us feel rushed.- Michael Militello
We used Upstate stone for our downstairs bathroom vanity and was very pleased with everything from start to finish but the main reason for this 5 star review is Upstate Stone just did our kitchen counter top in Aug. After the instillation we went to put in our new slide in counter top stove and it would not fit (through NO fault of Upstate Stone.) My husband went over to talk with Josh and that day the guys who originally installed it, helped my husband fix the problem and even helped to put the stove in the area to make sure everything was fine at no extra cost to us. Can't give enough praise to this whole company as we were really in a bind and they all went the extra mile to make sure everything was right and we were all happy. They give the word Customer Service a whole new meaning. Thank you.- JoAnn H

Easy to do business with-professional installers--great job!Two years ago we decided to upgrade our kitchen. We checked out several granite shops and were not happy with the selection. An online search brought us to Upstate Stone. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff and encouraged to take a walk around. The selection was Amazing! Row after Row of Gorgeous Granite Slabs. On Row 3 we spotted it. This piece stood out in the crowd. Something so unique I totally fell in love. We spoke to the office staff and they worked up a quote and sent us home with a sample. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. We decided to go with it and called the shop. They encouraged us to come in with our sink & faucet and within a day the deal was done and we were on the schedule. On installation day, 3 men showed up and installed the countertops. We were very Satisfied!! They even made us a Granite cutting board out of the remaining granite!! What a pleasant surprise! We received a cleaning kit & instructions on how to keep the granite looking Great! Anthony even gave me his cell phone number upon leaving just in case I had a question or problem. I totally give this company 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up!! If your in the market for Granite Countertops "This is the Place" you Will Not be Disappointed.
